RWOC Leadership Team: Joe Hayes, Director, Redemption World Media-

As Media Director, Joe leads a Media Department of over 100 people, including paid staff members and volunteers, who make Redemption Media what it is today., The Media Ministry focuses on managing television production, covenant partnerships, Redemption Bookstore, product duplication, and more.

An entrepreneur at heart since childhood, Joe started his first business at the age of 12 and has been involved in many business ventures over the years. After being saved in 1997, Joe soon after joined RWOC and later created and began developing Redemption Media, a Ministry that started with the self-taught editor/producer/director and one camera operator.

Joe is married to Cindy Hayes, Sales and Marketing Director of Redemption Media, and together, they have 5 sons.
