REDEMPTION CAMPUS SECURITY OFFICER
Full-time; hourly, non-exempt

Hours:
3rd Shift; Rotating schedule with additional hours as assigned

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience in a Safety and Security position
  • S.L.E.D certified or eligible for certification
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of security and law enforcement procedures and ability to work under adverse conditions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communications, specifically with customer relations and incident reports
  • Demonstrated ability to perform with little supervision and to remain calm and make rational decisions in crisis situations
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds; 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses and ability to detect minor sounds and disturbances

Objective:

Provide all aspects of security to all physical areas of the RWOC campus, including The Imagine Center facility, in accordance with local, state and federal codes and good practices to ensure long-life, safety, and operability of RWOC’s campus.



NIGHTTIME CHILDCARE ASSOCIATE

Part-time working less than 20 hours per week; hourly; non-exempt

Hours:
Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 5:30 pm -9:30 pm, plus additional hours for Special Events and services as needed

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 1 year of prior childcare experience in a day care or church setting or at least 6 months of faithful volunteer experience in Children’s Church or Preschool
  • Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift a minimum of 30 pounds
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • CPR and first aid certification preferred

Objective:
To teach, supervise and care for the children assigned to the Nighttime Childcare classrooms



COOK/KITCHEN COORDINATOR

Full-time working a minimum of 40 hours per week; hourly, non-exempt

Hours:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting

  • Familiarity with DHEC regulations for restaurants preferred

Hours:
Sunday 11:30 am - 5:30 pm, Tuesday 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, Wednesday 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Thursday 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Additional hours as needed for Special Events and Conferences

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-6 months prior work experience with dishwashing in a restaurant setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Prior volunteer service in RWOC’s Higher Grounds Café preferred

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTIONS AND VIDEOGRAPHY FOR STUDENT MINISTRIES
Full-time, Salary; exempt status

Hours:
Typical office hours are Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 5:00 pm, with attendance of Wednesday night Student Ministries services until 9 pm or later and Sunday services in Main Sanctuary from 9:45 am -3:00 pm or immediately following 2nd service (may be released after 1st service); additional hours as needed for Special Events

Qualifications for Position:
  • Associate’s Degree in a related field of study or at least 2 years of videography and digital editorial experience
  • Strong videography skills with demonstrated talent for video composition
  • Expertise with nonlinear editing and post-production
  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects and other motion programs preferred
  • Familiarity with all aspects of staging, audio, sound and lights
  • Prior experience with Youth Ministry, preferably with high school students
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet capability
  • Wildly creative with the ability to brainstorm with a creative team and develop innovative and unexpected ideas
  • Collaborative and passionate about Youth Ministry
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and keep up with changing technology

Objective:
Direct and oversee all aspects of High School Student Ministry video productions and services, including developing concepts from sermon content, lighting sets, shooting video, nonlinear editing, motion graphics, story-planning and helping to facilitate a ministry- focus at all times



PRESCHOOL LEAD TEACHER
Part-time working less than 20 hours per week; hourly, non-exempt

Hours:
Various classrooms and work schedules
Work scheduled will be determined by the assigned service(s) as indicated plus additional hours for Special Events as needed

Qualifications for Position:
  • At least 18 years of age with satisfactory completion of a nationwide criminal background check and reference check
  • Passion for Preschool Ministry with 6 months of previous volunteer or work experience in a day care, church nursery, Children’s Ministry or other childcare program
  • Active member of RWOC preferred
  • Ability to read and teach from a prescribed curriculum
  • Willingness to minister, sing, play, create crafts and interact positively with children
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with parents and caregivers
  • Understanding of basic first aid and child/infant CPR preferred

Objective:
To ensure the safety and care of all children attending our Preschool classrooms while sharing the love of Christ through Bible lessons, songs, interactive play and ministry.







The Imagine Center Job Opportunities


CAFÉ FOOD SERVICE ATTENDANT
Part-time; hourly, non-exempt

Hours:
AM Position - Various shifts on 2 week basis:
Week A: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm; additional hours as needed
Week B: Tuesday, Thursday 6:30am – 2:30pm, Saturday 7:30am – 12:30pm; additional hours as needed
PM Position - Monday-Thursday 5pm-8:30pm; additional hours as needed

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food handling and service (café, coffee shop, restaurant, etc.)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with cash handling or cash register
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills needed; must be friendly, have excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a public setting.
  • Knowledge and expertise of the fitness/nutrition industry preferred
  • Personal commitment to a healthy lifestyle
  • Physical ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time, carry & lift 20+ pounds, and operate equipment (oven, beverage dispensers, etc.)

FACILITY SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Full-time working a minimum of 40 hours per week; hourly; non-exempt

Hours:
Office hours Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm with fluctuation in schedule as needed to cover additional shifts. It is critical that applicants have flexibility to provide 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift coverage for shortages in staff.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Minimum one year of work experience in a customer service, receptionist or administrative position
  • Prior cash handling or cash register experience
  • Personal commitment to an active and healthy lifestyle
  • Availability to cover all shifts as needed
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Prior educational, work or volunteer experience in fitness industry preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

Provide administrative support to the Facility Director and Facility Assistant Director of the Imagine Center while assisting the Fitness Consultants and Front Desk Staff in training and covering shifts as needed.



FiTKiDz CHILDCARE ASSOCIATE
Part-time working more than 20 hours per week; hourly, non-exempt

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM or until close; additional hours as needed.

Qualifications for Position:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 1 year work or volunteer experience in childcare setting, church daycare or nursery
  • Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift a minimum of 20 pounds and participate in light exercise activities
  • Committed to a healthy, active lifestyle
  • CPR and first aid certification required, or willing to obtain within 3 months of employment

THE IMAGINE CENTER RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK ATTENDANT

Requirements:

Hours:
Various hours Monday through Sunday; must be able to work most mornings & some evenings; schedule will vary according to the needs of the facility

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current certification in Group Fitness
  • Multiple areas of certification preferred (especially Senior Fitness)
  • Must have a minimum of one year of work experience in group exercise instructor position
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to professionally work with the public in a variety of duties
  • Availability to participate in group meetings
  • Demonstrates an energetic & enthusiastic teaching style

Hours:
Various hours Monday through Saturday; must be available to teach mornings and some evenings; schedule will vary according to the needs of the facility.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current certification in ZUMBA
  • Must have at least 6 months of Zumba teaching experience
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to professionally work with the public in a variety of duties
  • Availability to participate in group meetings
  • Working knowledge of basic computer skills such as typing, spelling, mouse and email
