Job Connection Services is a facilitator for individuals seeking educational and/or career assistance. 

JCS is a community resource that is not limited to RWOC members only. 

The goal of JCS is to provide hands-on assistance to "clients” in a compassionate environment that will aid in ushering positive change into each individual’s life. 

Services that are offered through the JCS ministry include, but are not limited to:

·      Computer work stations

·      Mini Job Fairs sponsored by area employers

·      PROFECTUS - an annual information expo concerning available area training

       institutions and colleges

·      Various educational and career workshops...i.e...resume writing assistance,

       interviewing, and other soft skill awareness

·      Affiliations with other area non-profit organizations
