As head of Media, Joe leads a Media Department of over 100 people, including paid staff members and volunteers. The Media Ministry focuses on managing television production, covenant partnerships, Redemption Bookstore, product duplication and more.

An entrepreneur at heart since childhood, Joe started his first business at the age of 12 and has been involved in many business ventures over the years. After being saved in 1997, Joe soon joined RWOC and later created and began developing Redemption Media. At that time the Media Ministry began with Joe as the self-taught editor/producer/director and camera operator.

Joe is married to Cindy Hayes, Sales and Marketing Director of Redemption Media, and together, they have 5 sons.
