Evangelist Hasker serves as head of Operation GO! Ministries, committed to impacting the inner-cities of Upstate SC.  After coming to RWOC in 1997, he and Apostle Ron Carpenter, Jr. shared a vision for a unique outreach ministry that has continued ministry that has continued to be a model for city transformation nationwide.

A licensed and ordained Minister through Redemption Ministerial Fellowship International, Evangelist Hasker is a graduate of Southside High School where he excelled as an all around athlete. After high school, he spent several years living on the same streets that Operation GO! Ministries impacts on a daily basis.

With a  Bachelor of Divinity degree in practical theology from Destiny Bible College in Greenville, SC, he is also a ministry affiliate of Without Walls International Church in Tampa, FL. He travels internationally speaking and training others on effective outreach ministry  in the church and other organizations. In addition to the United States, he has ministered in South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Mexico, the Fiji Islands, the U.S. Virgin islands, and more.

A member of Who’s Who Among Ministers in America, Evangelist Hasker was honored and recognized as a local Black History Maker in 2006 by area radio stations. He has served on numerous local boards, including Release Time of Greenville County, the Upper SC International Pentecostal Holiness Conference Evangelism Board, and Homes of Hope of Greenville.
